Regardless of that, patients have low chances of avoiding care since they face difficulties compensating for their treatments. With hospitals shifting additional healthcare costs to clients, patients end up expecting more from their service providers (Hero et al., 2017).

This paper majorly aims to solve the high-cost issue patients incur at hospitals when seeking medical treatment. Affordable costs motivate patients to access specific healthcare organizations to acquire treatment and increase an organization’s efficiency in turn. Physicians who fail to pay attention to the happiness of their patients may end up losing patients or receiving low satisfaction scores, which may cost more money. Healthcare cost management includes more than decreasing healthcare costs; healthcare organizations should consider balancing expenses with their priorities to enhance patient health (Hero et al., 2017). Additionally, the audience should also consider solving the challenge of the high cost since it hinders most patients from accessing treatment for a lack of sufficient capital to fund their treatment. Healthcare institutions that strategically and carefully decrease costs prevent negative impacts from delivering an excellent patient experience.

To facilitate organizational health, health facilities utilize different strategies in managing their financial and human resources. Some of the strategies include:

Some of the ways the hospital will utilize incorporating evidence-based activity in the interdisciplinary team include;

While some treatments and evidence-based activities only apply to multiple clinical settings, other instances do not translate into a specific organization’s data behind evidence-based practices. In such cases, leaders require to adapt to evidence-based activities that fit an organization.

Every organization has various resources to attain its goals, making it possible for leaders to modify their evidence-based activities to accommodate the available resources. Implementing a method depending on resources has a high chance of shifting the reactions of service providers (Hero et al., 2017). Health care managers are required to identify their objectives when amending new evidence-based practices. Adherence will help them recognize what they are working for to avoid working towards what they are not meant for or did not aim at. In addition, identifying their goals will aid them in comprehending their purpose, hence assisting in their business growth and success.

Identifying hospital preferences offers the direction for highlighting treatment choices and tailoring involvements.

On top of that, patient preferences play a significant role in informing clinical decision choices where science has not yet issued explanations to health care challenges. Identifying hospital preferences will also aid in preventing new reductionist approaches to medical practices. Hospital preferences also assist in tempering the application of evidence.

Implementation and Resource Management

The plan could be implemented using positive management and leadership characteristics, communication structures and strategies, appropriate resources and processes, and comprehensible roles to ensure effective resource utilization to avoid resource wastage.

Additionally, explaining the importance of each item in association with the methodology and aim of this plan will also ensure effective resource utilization. Not only that, but the plan will also justify the rationale for possessing each item for efficiency.


After successfully implementing the project, health workers will agree, entailing to reducing costs patients incur to receive treatment. Cost reduction will make services the patients receive affordable and efficient; hence, every patient will access health facilities with ease. Not only that but reducing the costs will also increase the efficiency of hospitals since their productivity would increase as a result of patients’ satisfaction (Hero et al., 2017). Patient experience and care effectiveness are among the factors the hospital management will use to measure the hospital’s success.

Patient experience will determine how much patients will be satisfied after the costs have been reduced (Hero et al., 2017). Affordable costs will give patients a good experience, while high costs will give patients bad experiences since they will be struggling to settle costs to receive treatment. Patients with good experience will have the morale of visiting the hospital shortly, while bad experience will discourage patients from visiting the healthcare amenity. Patients’ experience and care effectiveness could show success through patients returning to receive treatment in the hospital.
