The Importance of Education for Citizens in Developing Societies

Education is the evaluating element performing as the enlightening force stimulating people not to get into a trap of choosing false visions and destructive individual behavioral patterns to follow in their decision-making process. A well-organized education process and complete education make individuals accept the world the way it is. A well-read person tapping into information data might avoid being distorted by widespread misconceptions and illusions created by powerful moguls wishing for omnipresent people’s obedience. Political conspiracies, manipulation, and unethical hoaxes are global phenomena rocking human beings lacking a working knowledge in different spheres.

This topical issue is current about the term “political correctness.” Political correctness is the foundation of cultural and educational subversion of provoked individuals to foment global revolutions and unethical hoaxes. People are manipulated to be members of the classless society, defying their long-standing, conservative priorities. Douglas Kruger (2020) in his book Political correctness, tries to dispel the significant misconceptions concerning the political correctness approach. He believes the political correctness philosophy to be the advent of education value eradication. At the present moment, students are taught to swim with the tide in expressing their ordinary standpoints during university education and are stimulated to expropriate their moral and cultural values by indulging their sexual-related whims.

Education is essential for the multidimensional development of residents in developing countries. Social citizen development is vital for forming individuals’ personalities, objective standpoints, and moral values. Only well-educated people can build strong relationships with others and manifest positive outcomes in their macro environments. Education in terms of social direction is a fundamental component stimulating people’s socialization and communication in an internal and outside way.
